Matthew was a great host. Friendly and responsive. He was able to give us flexibility with check in time which made travel much easier for us. Beautiful view of the mountains.

Matthew was a wonderful host! He was super attentive during our entire stay. The house was clean, well-stocked, and everything you could hope for when visiting Truckee. Would book again!

Matthew’s home was a great stay.The house was clean with lots of space. The living room and kitchen are modern and cozy. It snowed while we were there so the surrounding of the house completely transformed. Each room was large and each had warm blankets and comfortable pillows. Matthew was attentive and very responsive about sending details and checking in on us prior to and during our stay. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cabin. Very nice accommodations and very responsive host. The only negative was the number of stairs at this 4 level home, mainly during move-in and move-out. Although, this was clearly mentioned in the listing....

Great location esp if you plan on going rafting at Truckee. The house clean and had everything to cook at home. Outdoor parking. Pet friendly. Comfy beds and the living room was great to have families/ friends to gather. Matthew was very responsive and flexible with our needs. Checked in to see if everything was good. Would come back when visiting lake tahoe in the future!
