Great place, very spacious, super easy to find!

Our group of 9 enjoyed staying at this property while skiing at Palisades! It was located directly next to bus stops and was an easy drive to the mountain. Walkable to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and more. The home was plenty big for our group. We would stay again!

I was thrilled to find a place right in downtown. I wanted to show a bunch of friends this amazing community where I lived for a long time, and it’s a totally different experience if you’re out in one of the neighborhoods. We had an amazing living room together and eat together, and then we would walk down to the river and the coffee shops and see other friends who are in town. Definitely worth it for the location.I just hope they finally get the railyard development going and there could be more places to stay that are this walkable but that’s definitely not on Scott and Mountain Lotus :-)

We loved our stay here! Tons of space to sleep, big common area, and we especially loved being able to leave the cars at home and walk around Truckee. We didn’t end up going to the yoga studio, but met some of the staff and they were friendly and welcoming.

Had a great stay. You simply won't find a spot as close to historic downtown Truckee with as many bedrooms as this one. Being able to walk into town in less than 5 minutes was a complete game changer for our family with lots of small kids. No getting into car seats just to get a meal; the ability to take babies for a walk in the stroller despite recent snows, etc.The space itself was really unique and was very cozy. This would be perfect for a very large family but even better for two families. The bedroom layout would give adult couples privacy and king beds and enough bunk bedrooms for kids to share (or even have their own). We had a couple small snafus but our host was extremely responsive and helped take care of them right away.Only reason for 4 vs 5 stars was the value for the space, however we did go during President's Day week, so there was a premium attached. But we will absolutely try to stay here again our next trip to Tahoe - we'll just plan share with another family!

Great place to stay for our families, cook dinner, walk the town, and hit the mountain. Would love to come back again.
