The host was communicative, quick to respond, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay.The home was impeccably clean—everything was tidy, fresh, and clearly well cared for. It made settling in feel easy and comfortable right away.Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and well-maintained place to stay!

3 months agoI cannot recommend Ryan and this beautiful home enough. We ran into some travel hiccups during our trip due to a giant snowstorm, and Ryan stepped in to help without a second thought. His kindness and flexibility turned what could have been a stressful trip into a wonderful one. Thank you again for everything!

4 months agoPerfect place for kiddos and a family of two. Had toys, pack n play, high chair, sled etc. The place was clean, host was responsive pre and post stay (allowed for early check in) and when we had an issue w the heater he was quick to respond/resolve.

5 months agoRyan's place was a great place to spend holiday time together with family. Great if you have young children because there were baby gates at the stairs, a highchair and corner protectors on the dining table. The rooms were all comfortable and the open kitchen/living space was great for the group. We especially enjoyed hanging out on the ground floor living space. Very cozy with the fireplace. Easy access to downtown Truckee. We would love to return again.

10 months agoRyan was super responsive! We couldn’t find trash bags in the Airbnb and he had cleaners drop some off asap! Very much appreciated his responsiveness! A great stay

10 months agoLoved the place. The hosts had thought about everything a family with kids would need. We visited during the summer and enjoyed the near by trails, a beach day at Kings beach and the experience of living in the woods. I would highly recommend this place and we will surely come back during winter.
