Great place and great hose. Newer accommodations which are hard to find in Tahoe. The backyard opens to an area for sledding and great for the kids. This was the best part of the stay, built a snowman with the kids and did lots of sledding.

We had a great time. The house is very comfortable and spacious. There were a few missing cooking items, but the host shipped them promptly. Communication and access were very good and easy. Highly recommended!

This place was beautiful. We are a family of 4 - with two adult children who were home from college over the holidays. We all enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Very clean and updated townhome. We rented this place on short notice over the new years holiday. There was excellent communication with Aaron and his team in coordinating this last minute rental.

We stayed at this cozy and convenient townhouse over Thanksgiving weekend, and had a wonderful time. Host Aaron and Elizabeth were very kind and accommodating, especially with our check-in and check-out needs while traveling with a toddler. The home was clean, modern yet cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable 4-day stay.The location was also excellent?—we enjoyed visiting nearby coffee shops within walking distance (Whole Treats Bakery & Coffee and Dark Horse Coffee were both great) and exploring the charming Truckee Old Town. Although there wasn’t much snow yet so we had to skip skiing this time, being close to several nearby ski resorts is definitely another advantage of staying here.Overall, we highly recommend staying here!

Great town house, in a perfect location near downtown truckee! Home was clean, and perfect for families. Would highly recommend to future guests and would return again when I’m in the area.

I wish I could give this review more than three stars, but honestly, even three might be a stretch. We come to Truckee every summer and usually have an incredible experience without any issues—until this year. When we arrived at the condo, we were shocked to find the home had not been cleaned after the previous guests. All the rooms were messy, the house had an unpleasant odor, and the master bedroom mattress cover had yellow stains. We immediately contacted the owners, who were very responsive, apologized, and sent a cleaner out the next day. They also issued a partial refund, which we appreciated. After the cleaning, the house was spotless, but unfortunately, the towels had a strong, unpleasant odor. I ended up avoiding them unless I washed them first. All in all, the home itself is beautiful and the owners respond quickly, but it really needs a deep cleaning, fresh linens/towels , better attention to turnover. It’s not the kind of experience you want to deal with on vacation.

We had an amazing time at this place over the weekend! The home was so nicely decorated and the kitchen was really well-equipped. It was easy to relax and unwind. I highly recommend it!
