Mountain View Lodge offers spacious indoor and outdoor living across two levels, with bright open-plan areas, central air conditioning, and Sierra Mountain views. The main floor includes a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a king primary suite with a private patio and ensuite bathroom.

The lower floor features a second sitting area, two additional king bedrooms, two bathrooms, and access to a lower patio. The home provides convenient access to North Lake Tahoe’s ski resorts, hiking trails, and scenic alpine lakes, making it suitable for year-round stays.

• Parking: There is parking in the 2-car garage, as well as in the driveway. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.

• Each eligible property includes 6 Tahoe Donner guest cards for amenity access; a $100 fee applies for each card not returned after checkout;
