Tahoe Donner Creekside Retreat is a family-friendly home with three levels of living surrounded by peaceful forest. The home features an open-concept main floor, multiple gathering areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping spaces across the three levels.

Located in Tahoe Donner, the home offers convenient access to community recreation amenities, Donner Lake, hiking and biking trails, golf, skiing, and Historic Downtown Truckee.

• Parking: There is a 2-car garage and extra parking in the driveway. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.

• Maximum 2 pets allowed; $85/pet fee must be paid before check-in;
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
• Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD or chains, as this home has a steep driveway;
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Town of Truckee regulations;
• Guest access fees apply per person, per day, and are subject to change; children under the age of 3 are free; see the Tahoe Donner Association Amenities website for details;
• Each eligible property includes 6 Tahoe Donner guest cards for amenity access; a $100 fee applies for each card not returned after checkout;
• Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation;
• Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation.
