We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Truckee Tahoe Hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish. Emily at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. She made check-in very welcoming and even gave us great recommendations for places to take our 5-year-old tubing, which made our trip even more fun. The breakfast was fantastic with many healthy and tasty options, and everything was fresh and well organized. The staff kept everything stocked and the service was great. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We would happily stay here again when visiting Truckee. ?

This place is wonderful. Clean friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever had in the USA. One can control the temperature in the room. I definitely recommend this best Western. And you get your own microwave and refrigerator in your room. Which a lot of motels and hotels don't offer.

I recommend staying here! Close to Donner Ski Ranch and some other resorts and the breakfast is a good way to start the day. The night front desk agent Candy who checked us in was incredibly friendly, she's the best!

We stayed here for one short night, and were treated like family. Check in was easy and friendly. In the morning, Jill and Patricia made breakfast fun while we were stressed trying to beat a snow storm. Room was clean, and it’s a good location.

Super friendly and personable staff greet you at the door and help you to find your rooms. The room is so cute and tidy! It had a cabin or lodge theme with plenty of appliances and study/work areas in the room. The parking lot is just at the end of each hallway, which makes getting your suitcases to and from the car a dream!

This hotel has become my husband's and my go-to place when we visit Truckee -- there are just so many things it does right starting with a front desk welcome that includes cookies and milkbones for pups. Then there's the full-on breakfast buffet featuring comfort food served up with ample helpings of cheer by Jill and Patricia. Employees are warm and helpful from the top down: The GM and AGM arranged to have some tasty anniversary treats waiting for us upon our arrival, and the night desk crew (thanks, Juan and Joanna) gladly heated up mugs of hot chocolate in the kitchen microwave as well as activated the fire pit so we could sit outside without turning into icicles. And if something in your room isn't working? Call the front desk and Bob the maintenance maestro will show up in minutes with a solution. Our only regret is that we haven't enjoyed a single bear sighting here despite reports that the animals drop by frequently. Will keep hoping .... Love this place!

Christina and Emilyi are ambassadors for your brand! So professional yet pleasant. Attentive, accommodating and just absolutely wonderful! I felt like I was coming home. Highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely gorgeous and perfect and it’s got the biggest hot tub I’ve ever seen! Lol

We have stayed here 3-4 times over the past year. The experience has always been great. The staff are always friendly and willing to solve any problems that might arise. The free breakfast exceeded all of my expectations. The offer a great variety of options and Jill, the breakfast host makes sure that you have a great meal.
