3 months agoGreat experience. Host is very responsive and proactive answering questions and providing helpful information. Our trip is affected by a historical snow and host proactively reached out with tons of advices and tips. The house is clean and nice. Our kids had a blast playing snows at the backyard and the snowplay nearby. Convenient yet quiet and convenient location - adequate food and grocery options yet very quiet and private. We’ll definitely consider staying here again when we return.

over 1 year agoNikki’s place was a great location and very clean! We chose to stay here due to the location near Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, which was awesome. Nikki was exceptionally communicative and very responsive.One thing that is not clear in the listing is that this is more like staying in someone else’s home than in a rental. Many things were off limits and labeled “host only” and this was an unexpected. As a result, we didn’t feel the value was quite worth the expense, or we would have at least preferred a heads up.Also worth noting, the beds were quite firm. 3/4 of us didn’t enjoy our sleep while 1 of us did, so just a heads up if that’s something you consider when booking.
