The place is amazing. I've never stayed in a bedroom that big! Comfortably accommodates our group of 7. Great location too. Right besides Northstar and 20 minutes from Palisades. Will book again.

Beautiful home. We especially loved the back patio, and gathering areas including kitchen and upstairs loft.

Beautiful, large home. Fantastic place to stay with a group. Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of towels, etc... The AC was not working upstairs when we checked in. It was fixed within a day. Would highly recommend the place.

The house is ideally located and generally nice. However, we rented this home specifically because it had AC and we knew that the area would be subject to a heat wave during our stay. The AC didn't work. Moreover, we suspect that the management company knows/knew that it didn't work because there were portable fans stashed around the house. Temperatures got up to low 90's during our stay. As you can imagine, it was miserably hot at night even with the windows open and fans going. In addition, the oven will not work for temperatures below 400 (it won't let you set it) and the floors/mats needed to be washed. We raised our concerns to Avant and were told that it would be investigated. I have yet to hear back from them.

Plus: The neighborhood plus the spaciousness of the house were nice. Minuses:The cleaning crew did a minimal job from what we could tell (carpeting was not vacuumed). A bed frame collapsed and we had to drag the mattress to the floor to sleep. The air conditioning was NOT turned on when we arrived (and it was hot that day) and once we turned it on, it wasn't working well - - maintenance had to come out and repair. Kitchen supplies were sparse (less than a fully furnished kitchen if you plan on cooking). Poor quality toilet tissue (single ply - really?) - - we went and bought our own.It was dark inside (even though it was sunny outside) and there was barely any interior lights (don't plan on reading anything).Overall, given the price point, this house was quite disappointing, given all the minuses listed above.

We had such a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great spot to stay, especially if you are skiing. Having a garage is a necessity and helps tremendously. House is close to skiing and close to Truckee.Home is huge. It's actually two large homes, adjacent to each other. One master downstaris, another master upstairs and then two more bedrooms. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked. Great spot. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay here and liked the place so much we started looking for a place in the same neighborhood to buy!! The home is comfortable and great for kids. The WiFi was a little spotty, however, if you go to the room with the router it works great. We loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Town was just 6 minutes away & there was an amazing grocery store called Raley’s just 2 minutes down the road. This easy distance was very useful when we ran out of milk with two grumpy toddlers. Thank you for having us!

We had a great stay in Truckee! The house is great, nice patio area in the back. The hosts were super responsive and friendly.
