Would definitely stay again. The property was amazing and customer service is superb!

Overall a great spot; looks like the photos, spacious, movie theater was awesome, pool table had good sticks, super close to a nice trail, proactive host with extra options provided after booking. However, WiFi would go in and out (during a movie was not ideal) and almost all of the dishes needed to be rewashed. Still a nice spot to stay at and we enjoyed our trip.

We've stayed here twice and it's an incredible property. Great for hosting multiple families, beautiful and spacious living areas, and close to town. The movie theater was the highlight! Looking forward to returning soon.

Great location, very convenient to Truckee and local ski resorts. The host was responsive with one small issue we had and we enjoyed the stay very much thank you!

First, the house is beautiful and in a great location. Lots of space, movie room and pool table are awesome. Kitchen is great. I don't like to leave neg reviews, but Unfortunately this place needs a lot of maintenance. Carpets and cushions are extremely dirty. Heating in the lower floor doesn't work so they rely on space heaters, which doesn't seem safe. Wine cooler didn't seem to work. Nintendo switch was missing the chips which are necessary to play. Fireplace was missing the remote and the manual switch was loose and would turn off and on. Living room and dining room furniture were uncomfortable. Also, the previous occupants' trash was left there for us to dispose of and there were only two towels (they brought more the next morning). For the price I paid for this I expected a lot more. This house could be awesome if the owners did some maintenance.

We were so thankful to get to stay in this extremely nice Airbnb. The house is beautiful, comfortable and stocked with great activities for children— toys, books, games, a pool table and movie viewing room. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen, which was super well appointed as well. We would love to return!

We had a truly wonderful stay here! The home was incredibly family-friendly — stocked with tons of games that kept both kids and adults entertained. The theater room was such a treat, and the sauna room was amazing as well.The location was also perfect: close to grocery stores and right by a beautiful trail. We really enjoyed walking there with friends and family over Thanksgiving.A couple of small suggestions:The Wi-Fi was a bit unstable at times. It would also be helpful to have a reminder about the limited hot water capacity. We ran out on the first day, so planning showers ahead would have made things smoother.Aside from that, everything was great. The hosts were very responsive — when we had a minor toilet clog, they resolved it quickly. Overall, a lovely and memorable stay. We’d definitely come back!
