We stayed at the cottages for our wedding at the Timbers and it was a great experience! The houses and rooms were awesome and super clean. OG staff was super friendly and helpful. Great experience and would recommend!

Well designed floor plans, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, close to so many adventures, super for families or just a quiet getaway. Golf course is a must.

We had the most amazing weekend staying here! The cottages are in amazing condition and the staff (Hayden & Daniel) took such great care of all of our guests. We had 12 cottages rented out and it was a dream! We can’t wait to come back.

The Cottages are immaculate with all the comforts one needs for a self-contained stay. I was in every cottage during our wedding weekend, and they are all awesome cottages. Can't wait to get back and enjoy the pool and golf.

My friends had their wedding here and it was so perfect fit everyone to gather throughout the long weekend. The cottage we stayed in was perfect for my family (2 Grandparents, Wife, 4 year old and me). My 4 year old loved the play park and the pool. The grill setup was great too. Having a gas line to the grill is cheating!

This place was an awesome experience. Was close to NorthStar ski resort and the home came well equipped, comfortable and cozy. This will be on our top return destination when we return. Hayden was very helpful and answered all of our questions to the best of his knowledge.

Spent four nights here in a two bedroom cottage at Old Greenwood and it was a fantastic vacation. We skied three days at Palisades, Northstar and Alpine and the old Greenwood cottages were perfectly located. The staff and facilities are great, our rooms were in great condition and very well appointed with all the kitchen equipment and anything else you need! I’m really looking forward to coming back in the summertime to play the Old Greenwood GC !

Booked with Hayden who was a pleasure and incredibly responsive. The Cottage was a large home with three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, a large gourmet kitchen and a gorgeous sitting area. The place accommodated 5 adults and 1 kid (and a dog) perfectly. It had a two car garage that came in handy for loading and unloading our ski gear. Greenwood is about 10 mins away from Truckee and 15 minutes away from North Star and there is a free shuttle to North Star. An incredible bonus is access to the Mountain Club at North Star for the ski valet and free lift tickets for one day. The views from the cottage onto the snow-covered golden course were the cherry on top.

Amazing location and perfect for family vacation or a staycation. Service was top notch and cottages were clean and it felt like home during our stay during Christmas. Staff is easily reachable and they are very prompt in responding to your emails and texts. Highly recommend.

As a former owner at Old Greenwood for almost 20 years, we found the Cottages to be improved in terms of service and and how the complex is managed. Making a reservation was far easier than under the former ownership structure. The front desk staff was efficient in the check in process. They were personable and very helpful. Simply, we enjoyed our time at Old Greenwood. We know that the Cottages will be there for us whenever we want return in the future.
