Cecila’s place was wonderful! The driveway was definitely steep with switchbacks and we had to park at the bottom and bring our bikes up the driveway every day but it was a good workout! The house was wonderful, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, large garage for all of our toys and the host was very responsive. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets off the deck and playing the variety of board games! Will definitely come back!

This house was great! Comfortable with good space. Quiet but good location to trails and town. Eady to get to the lake or river! Definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing stay here in August! The home was beautiful and spacious for our group (5 adults & 3 children under 5). The only thing I would warn about is the steep curvy driveway. We drive a large lifted ford f-250 and had trouble getting all the way up the hill. No fault of the owners, and I’m not docking my review for it but just wanted to mention it in case others drive large vehicles as well. We were able to park at the base of the driveway and walk up so we made it work. Loved everything about the house and will definitely try to rebook it next year!

We had a fantastic stay at Celia's cabin. The location is great - nice to stay out of the highly trafficked Lake Tahoe areas, and Truckee has tons of great restaurants and shops. We visited Donner Lake, Lake Tahoe and Truckee every day, but also were so comfortable staying at the cabin playing games, air hockey, and relaxing. We used the guest passes for Tahoe Donner just once, but that gave us access to the private beach, pools, sauna/steam/spa, etc. for $20 each. Celia was very responsive and a great host, including making sure there were fans available to cool the place off during one of the hottest weeks of the year. The cabin was clean, cozy, spacious, had super comfortable beds/pillows, and a great kitchen. Lots of room for our family with three teenagers, and we could have fit many more. Highly recommend Celia's!

We had a wonderful stay at Cecila's place! It was clean when we arrived, and there was plenty of kitchenware for cooking. The rooms are spacious and all with great views. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place is amazing! You got everything right at the place. It's really close to the town (5min drive) as well so getting groceries or anything was really easy. Perfect for winter holidays.

Our group of 8 fit comfortably in Cecila's lovely Tahoe home, and there was definitely room for more people. The kitchen was stocked with every tool/utensil you could need. This is a great location for those visiting for snowboarding/visiting the Northern Tahoe area. There's a Safeway and Starbucks about 10 mins away for groceries and coffee.
