about 1 year agoThis place was perfect for our group of 8. We went mountain biking in Tahoe/Truckee over 4th of July weekend and it was perfect. Garage was available to store our bikes, plenty of space in the common spaces, everyone had their own bathroom/showers, and the location was incredible as it was very easy to get in and out + grab groceries from Grocery Outlet (walking distance). Will for sure return again.

over 1 year agoWe had a great Thanksgiving week at this place. We were two families with 5 kids, ages 3 to 8, plus a small dog. It has lots of family board games and toys to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is fully packed with all the appliances, dishes and spices you may need. The fenced backyard is safe and great for kids and furry family members. Location is great, there are two supermarkets within walking distances plus many stores. It’s a short drive to good hikes and other activities.

almost 2 years agoA great place for the family. It easily accommodated my 88 year old mother, family and my 2 dogs. It is was nice that there was a queen bed and bathroom for a limited ability 88 year old. The house is centrally located that has a Safeway right across the street and an easy walk down to Old Town of Truckee. The dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard also. The house makes you feel like you are at home.

about 2 years agoThis place was perfect! We wanted a week getaway in Tahoe with our anxious terrier and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The backyard was great for our little guy - totally fenced, quiet, and spacious. We had coffee in the Adirondack chairs while he ran around in the mornings. The house was spacious yet cozy, and the kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans/utensils you might need for cooking and baking (BYO spices and oils though). The location was a few minutes from historic downtown Truckee and 1 minute from the grocery store. The host was very responsive. 10/10 would stay again!

over 3 years agoWhat a great resource in the heart of old Truckee. Plenty of rooms to accommodate, kitchen that is stocked with anything you could need. Garage was nice given the recent storm but giant snow blower did the trick! Even has a charger for an EV! Will be back for sure!
